• Account information: your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Shop information: the shop details you enter, such as your shop name, contact details, address and logo.
• Catalog information: the products you add, including names, prices, stock status and product images.
• Customer information: the customer details you choose to save, such as names and phone numbers.
• Subscription information: your plan, subscription status, billing period and payment status.
• Support messages: text you type into the in-app Help assistant.

• To provide the service: sign-in, your shop, products, customers and digital catalog.
• To manage your plan and apply the limits of Free, Monthly and Pro.
• To process subscription payments and keep your plan status accurate.
• To secure the service, prevent misuse and resolve problems you report.

You decide which customer details to store in BizSellerX. You are responsible for having the right to store and use those details, and for using them lawfully. We process this information only to provide the service to you.

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay on its own secure checkout page. BizSellerX does not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive confirmation of the payment and subscription status so we can activate or end your paid plan.

When you share a product through WhatsApp, BizSellerX prepares a message containing the shop and product details you have chosen to publish, and opens WhatsApp so you can send it. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. BizSellerX is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

Each seller account can access only its own shop, products and customers. Our systems enforce this separation. Authorised BizSellerX administrators may view seller account and subscription details, in read-only form, where needed to operate and support the service.

We use trusted providers to run BizSellerX, including cloud hosting, database and file storage, authentication, Razorpay for payments, and an AI service for the in-app Help assistant. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us. Please do not enter passwords, API keys or payment details in the Help assistant.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet our obligations and resolve disputes. You can view and edit your shop, products and customers inside your account at any time. To ask for a correction or for your account and data to be deleted, please contact us.

We use access controls, authentication and encrypted connections to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it private.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of BizSellerX after an update means you accept the revised policy.
