BizSellerX helps businesses manage products, customers and a digital catalog, and prepare catalog messages to share with customers through WhatsApp. Features may be improved or changed over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Each account is for one business. Please tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Free: ₹0 — up to 10 products and 20 customers.
• BizSellerX Monthly: ₹499/month — up to 100 products and 200 customers.
• BizSellerX Pro: ₹999/month — unlimited products and customers.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Razorpay. Plan limits are enforced by the service. When a paid subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan limits.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until the subscription is cancelled. Your paid plan is activated after the payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund details.

You keep ownership of the shop, product and customer information you add. You give BizSellerX permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to store and contact the customers you add.

• Do not use BizSellerX for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not send unwanted or abusive messages to customers.
• Do not attempt to access other sellers' data, disrupt the service, or bypass plan limits or security.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that break these terms.

WhatsApp sharing opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. You are responsible for following WhatsApp's own terms and policies when messaging customers. BizSellerX is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

We work to keep BizSellerX available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BizSellerX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using BizSellerX at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. To request account closure, please contact us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of BizSellerX after an update means you accept the revised terms.
